Simple Steps for a Keeping your Heart Healthy

Healthy Heart: Taking care of your heart starts with small choices. We all want to live a good, happy life — and that begins with good food. When you eat healthy, you feel good, you look good, and your heart stays strong. It’s really that simple.
There are a few little rules “YES RULES” that can make a big difference:
- Reduce stress
- avoid toxic trends
- go outside,
- lose the ego
- stay active
- eat healthy
- get plenty of sleep
- ask for help when you need it
These are not just words — they’re habits that can truly change your life. Always try to pick healthier foods and follow good eating habits. For breakfast, skip the white bread and go for wheat bread with some fruit on top. A glass of vegetable or fruit juice is much better than tea or coffee. And yes, a handful of nuts in the morning is always a great idea.

If you want to try something fun, FOLLOW ME, skip the bread completely and use a cabbage leaf instead or a Lettuce leaf. Fill it with chicken, veggies, or whatever you like. Roll it up and enjoy it like a wrap or burger — it tastes great and feels fresh.
In your meals, make sure to add eggs, fish, white meat, chicken, oats, and lots of vegetables. They keep you full, strong, and light at the same time. And don’t forget a little dark chocolate once in a while — your heart will thank you for it.
One thing I always remind myself is that Movement is Medicine. You don’t need to run a marathon. Just take a small walk for five to ten minutes after every meal. It really helps your body and keeps your heart happy.
And if you love cookies (like I do!), just switch them with jowar, bajra or whole wheat millet biscuits. They taste good and are way healthier
Small steps every day can make a big difference. Start today — your heart deserves that care.
